We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America.
For all Canadian orders, we ship via Canada Post. For all American orders, we ship via FedEx. All packages are sent with Signature required, if you want to remove it please leave it in the note section of your order! However, Carreli Jeans is not responsible if the package is lost or stolen.
We don't charge any shipping fees. Any order taken from a Canadian customer will be shipped out from our head office in Montreal, Canada. For all American orders, we ship from Champlain, New York or from our office in Anaheim, California.
It all depends on your location. All orders placed will be treated directly and shipped out the next day. (Excluding weekend days where orders are shipped on the following Monday).
For any return or exchange, Email Us **Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Once we receive back the unit in question a refund will then be submitted to our processing department. You will receive your refund within the next 3-5 business days.
Before launching our online website, we made sure to use several security measures for your information to stay private.
We accept any return/exchange within 21 days of the day you receive the package. Items must be unworn and with tags still attached.
You can modify or cancel it within the first 24 hours. Please Email Us with your order number and details.
Your personal information such as email address and name will be kept confidential and use to keep a connection with us. We may send you some special promotion codes and news regarding our different products and collection. If you want your mailing address to be removed from our list, please send us a request.
