We currently ship to Canada and the United States of America.
For all Canadian orders, we ship via Canada Post. For all American orders, we ship via FedEx.
We don't charge any shipping fees. Any order taken from a Canadian customer will be shipped out from our head office in Montreal, Canada. For all American orders, we ship from Champlain, New York or from our office in Anaheim, California.
It all depends on your location. All orders placed will be treated directly and shipped out the next day. (Excluding weekend days where orders are shipped on the following Monday).
For any return or exchange, Email Us **Please note a 15% restocking fee will be kept to cover the return shipping.**

Once we receive back the unit in question a refund will then be submitted to our processing department. You will receive your refund within the next 3-5 business days.
