What shipping methods do you use?

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canpar or UPS.
All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.

All packages are shipped with signature required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival. If you prefer to remove the signature requirement, please indicate this in the notes section at checkout.

Please note that Carreli Jeans® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

What are your shipping fees and where do you ship from?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.

Canadian orders are shipped from our head office in Montreal, Canada.
U.S. orders are shipped from our Champlain, New York or Anaheim, California distribution locations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed promptly and typically ship the next business day.

Delivery time varies depending on your location.
Orders placed during the weekend will ship on the following Monday.

How do I return or exchange an item?

For any return or exchange request, please contact us by email and include your order number and details.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
